Refunds

 

We do not offer refund for any of our products sold.

For the purchase of used products, you have 7 calendar days to report a problem with a used item from the date you received it. Once reported, we will coordinate repair of the product. Client must cover shipping fees related to the repair unless agreed upon otherwise.

New products come with manufacture warranty. If any issues are found on new products by the client, we will provide guidance to the client on how to get their product repaired by the manufacturer.

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
